Processing Time

Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days after placement. High order volumes may lead to slight delays. In such cases, we will reach out to you via email or phone

Shipping Times
Shipping time is the period from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at your destination.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 1-2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time.
  • Standard Total Delivery Time: 4-8 business days
  • Expedited Total Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
We are unable to deliver to International Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other uncontrollable factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. To see tracking updates, please click on “Track Package” in the shipping confirmation email. If you have lost your shipping confirmation email, please contact Customer Service via Chat, select Order Status and enter in the Order Number.

Tracking information for your shipment will typically be updated by the carrier within 24-48 hours of shipment.

During times of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

Damages

NovoQC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and keep all packaging materials.
